Yes. Your service continues on the same schedule with no interruption. Accounts have been transitioned carefully so the change is as close to invisible as possible.
You may see a new technician at your pool as routes are integrated. Our team is made up of trained, long-tenured technicians, and whoever is assigned to your pool will be briefed on its equipment, access and history before their first visit. Having a full team also means your service never depends on one person's availability. If you ever have a question or concern about your service, please contact us directly at (912) 303-7372 — we would always rather hear from you.
That is our goal, and for nearly every customer the day is unchanged. In a small number of cases we may suggest a minor adjustment to improve route consistency and response times. If that applies to you, we will contact you personally beforehand — it will never simply change without notice.
No. Your current per-visit rate carries over exactly as it is. We follow the same service model Coastal Blue used — a consistent per-visit rate plus chemicals as needed. If anything about your service or pricing were ever to change in the future, you would hear from us first.
Routine visits focused on keeping your pool clean, balanced and running properly: water chemistry testing and adjustment, debris removal, brushing and netting as needed, and a visual check of your key equipment. For full details on service scope, customer responsibilities and billing terms, please review our Terms of Service.
Payment credentials are held securely by each company's payment processor and, for security reasons, cannot be passed from one company to another. This protects you. Adding your method through the secure link above takes about a minute and puts you back on autopay.
Your pool service continues either way — we will simply send you an invoice to pay manually. Most customers prefer autopay
