Will my pool service continue as normal?
Yes. Your pool service will continue without interruption. Our teams have worked diligently to transition accounts carefully and ensure a seamless experience.

Will my pricing change?
Our goal is to maintain the same overall pricing structure currently in place. Pool Solutions Plus and Jeff’s Pool & Spa Service share the same service model — a consistent per-visit rate plus chemicals as needed — and we expect the price per visit to remain constant. In some cases, there may be minor differences in chemical usage, parts pricing, or repair labor depending on service needs, but any changes will be communicated transparently and handled thoughtfully.

Will my billing or invoicing look different?
You may notice small administrative changes to how invoices or charges appear as part of this transition. Invoices will continue to be delivered electronically, but they may look slightly different than before. Additionally, credit card charges may appear under our parent company name, Pool Services Acquisition Co.

Will I still get service reports / visit logs?
Yes, although you may notice slight differences in how service visits and notes are presented. Our team uses a different service management system to track pool care and communicate service details, so the format of service logs or visit summaries may look a bit different than what you’re used to. Rest assured, this does not impact the quality, consistency, or scope of your pool service—only how the information is displayed.

Will my service day stay the same?
Our goal is absolutely to keep your existing day of service. In rare cases, minor adjustments may be needed to improve route consistency and responsiveness, but any changes would be made thoughtfully with the priority of reliable, high-quality service.

Who will be servicing my pool moving forward?
Pool maintenance and service will now be supported by Jeff’s Pool & Spa Service and Perfect Pools, in partnership with Pool Solutions Plus. Jeff’s and Perfect Pools bring decades of experience in both residential and commercial pool care, with a deep bench of trained technicians.

Will my technician change?
Yes, it is possible that you may see changes in your technician in the near term as routes are integrated and additional support is added. Our primary shared goal is to provide consistent, dependable service with enhanced responsiveness. What can I expect as part of my normal service?
Our standard pool maintenance service includes routine weekly visits focused on keeping your pool clean, balanced, and operating properly. This typically includes water chemistry testing and adjustment, debris removal, brushing and netting as needed, and visual inspection of key equipment.
